This information will never be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfill your order. We never sell or give your information you provide us to any third party.

Payment Policy:

Payment can be processed directly by Amex, Visa and Mastercard.  All transactions are billed in Australian dollars.  You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website.  A confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and the value of your order.

We use x bit encryption, keeping your credit card details secure.  We do not have access to or hold your credit card details.  In the event that your credit card is declined or if you prefer to pay with your credit card over the phone please call the store in business hours (a credit card surcharge applies for all email and phone orders). 

Complaints policy:

We take pride in the quality of our food and service.  We hand pack all orders, ensuring they leave the store in the way we want you to receive them.  Should you have any complaints regarding the quality of food you receive please email us at info@thecookandbaker.com.au and we will take immediate action to address your concerns.
